I saw this in a charity shop this morning and it just screamed "Take me to Leros!" at me. I'll remove everything bar the foremast I think. Revell sailor is there for scale.

That's a great find Alan, I have the Britannia Greek Fishing boat, well I did have, dropped it last week after sanding of the resin sea bit that's kinda moulded on to the hull, ended up with lots of bits :? Replacement boat landed today.

I came across a pic of Italians landing on Crete from a two master so I moved the fore mast as far forward as it would go. The deck houses have been removed and a smaller one cut out and put at the back. The gun platform is made from MacDonalds "stir sticks" and the gun is a Sgts' Mess 37. The sails are just rag cut to shape and a couple of sticks glued on.

Alan, that is just too cool! Now I'm going to have to scratchbuild my own Greek fishing caique.
